The 6th Global Banquet at the State University of New York at Fredonia, which raises money to support international student scholarships, will be held on Thursday, Nov. 18, at 6:30 p.m. in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room.
It is open to students, faculty, staff and community members.
The buffet style dinner – representative of the home countries of Fredonia’s international students – will include: tabouli salad, seaweed salad, breaded pork chop, bulgogi, vegetable curry, vegetable dumplings, vegetable tempura, tiramisu and assorted beverages.
Performances by Fredonia students and a theme basket raffle will also be featured.
The banquet is hosted by International Student Services and is free to Fredonia students who have a ticket. Tickets, for non-students, are $20 and are available at the Fredonia Ticket Office in the Williams Center. For information, call (716) 673-3501.
